Unless otherwise indicated in the posting, all creations are shipped in a presentation box (smaller items may contain bubble wrap inside the box) that is secured in a waterproof, rip resistant, bubble package. Your creation was made with a great deal of  care, we extend that care to your shipment.

NORTH AMERICA (NON-REMOTE REGIONS)

• We usually use Expedited Canada Post that includes tracking and insurance (Canada Post insurance may be limited to $500.00 CAD) of your shipment, unless the posting indicates or you request economy shipping.

• Important: for purchases over $400.00, upgraded shipping is strongly recommended. 

• Based on Canada Post estimations, packages usually take:

ORDER CANCELLATION

• Digital Downloads: Digital downloaded content orders may not be cancelled or refunded once the download is completed. Once payment has be made, you are directed to the download page....if you purchased the wrong content or changed your mind, please do not start the download.
