IMPORTANT COVID 19 IMPACTS

Due to all shipping carriers removing guaranteed delivery times, We strongly recommend ordering a min. of 2-3 weeks ahead of your desired delivery time. Depending on the service impacts in your local area, even 1-2 day priority shipping may be subject to delays.  

​Unless subjected to an international embargo or Canadian law forbids trading with the country, we ship to all countries.

Unfortunately, due to constant / persistent issues with certain countries postal service, we reserve the right to require an upgrade to courier shipping or may cancel an order to high risk locations.

Unless otherwise indicated in the posting, all creations are shipped in a presentation box that is secured in a waterproof, rip resistant, bubble package.

Your creation was made with a great deal of  care, we extend that care to your shipment.

North America​ (non-remote regions) FREE SHIPPING

• We usually use Expedited Canada Post that includes tracking and insurance of your shipment. However, we reserve the right to choose the optimal shipping service to your location.
• For purchases over $400.00, upgraded shipping is recommended. Although upgraded shipping may not provide protection from delivery delays.
• Based on Canada Post estimations, packages usually take:
• Canada 4 -7 business days
• USA 5-10 business days
• Priority shipping upgrades are available. Priority upgrades are usually shipped via a courier carrier such as Canada Post Priority (FedEx),  DHL / UPS .
• Courier carrier priority shipments include 100% insurance along with real time tracking. Delivery times with no Covid 19 impacts take:
• Canada 2 - 4 business days
• USA 2 - 4 business days

North America​ - Remote regions FREE SHIPPING + supplement

• Carriers may add surcharges for some regions (Alaska, NWT, Yukon for example) that are not included in the posted shipping price. In the event that remote surcharges exceed the posted shipping price, we will provide you with the option to pay the additional fees or cancel your order.
• Please note that even though most carriers provide an estimated delivery time, even pre-Covid 19, delays were pretty frequent (you will know this if you are living in one of these regions). If you are purchasing a gift for a special occasion, please consider placing your order at least 15 - 21 days prior to your occasion.
• With no Covid 19 impacts delivery times:
• 4 - 6 business days (weather & local air service permitting)

• We usually use Canada Post International. Courier carriers options are available to countries with unreliable postal service .
• All courier carrier shipments include 100% insurance along with real time tracking.

• Priority shipping upgrades offer no protection from potential delays.
• With no Covid 19 impacts, delivery times:
• 4 - 6 business days

Import Duties / Taxes

The purchaser (or recipient) is fully responsible for any and all local duties and/or taxes levied by their country of residence.

Shipments returned due to non-payment of import duties or not collected from customs will be refunded the purchase price less all shipping fees (send & return).

ORDER CANCELLATION / RETURNS

• You may cancel your order with a full refund (LESS 3.5% FOR PAYPAL PAYMENTS) anytime up to the time that your order has shipped. Unless otherwise noted in the listing, all orders for "in-stock" items are shipped within 1 business day.

• Once an item has been shipped, a 15% re-stocking fee in addition to any non-refundable payment processing fees applies to the full purchase price. Return shipping will be at your own expense and must include an international tracking number and 100% insurance.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

All major credit card payments are accepted via Shop Pay direct checkout or PayPal, Google Pay or Apple Pay. You may use your credit card through PayPal. No PayPal account is required to complete your purchase.

• Direct Checkout by major credit cards are also accepted. Please note that all credit card transactions are subject to an anti-fraud validation process. Shipping to a different address than the cardholder, may delay your shipment by up to 5 days. 

• Canada Only : Interac e-transfer direct debit is accepted. Please contact us before placing your order for details.

• All "in stock" items will be shipped within 1 - 2 business days or 3-4 days for Canadian statutory holidays. Custom items take 2 -3 weeks or as indicated in the posting to ship.

• We only ship to PayPal / credit card verified shipping address. Instruction to ship to another location is subject to additional verifications which can delay shipment for up to 5 days.

• Items shipped to a shipping address other than PayPal / credit card verified can only be shipped once we receive confirmation of payment.

• PayPal E-Check: Should you choose the PayPal e-check option, please note that there is a minimum delay of up to 5 business days before payment is received at which time shipping can be expected 1 -2 days after the e-check has cleared.
